How to Prepare Your Tea

  • Bring one cup of water to a rolling boil then turn off heat

  • Place 1tsp of herbs in water and cover pot with a lid

  • Let steep for 5-10 minutes depending on how strong you want your tea

  • Use mesh strainer to strain out herbs over cup

  • Add honey and/or lemon juice for taste if desired

If using tea bags or loose tea infuser just add herbs  and place in a cup and pour boiling water over and let steep until desired strength of tea is achecived
