At Your Birth Wright LLC, we value your satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, we have strict policies in place to ensure safety and integrity.
❌ No Returns on Opened Products
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any tea that has been opened, even if only partially used.
🔄 Wrong Item Shipped?
If you receive the wrong tea, we will gladly replace it after the incorrect tea is returned to us unopened and unused. Please contact customer service for return instructions.
